Nose Re-Surgery

Finally reaching six months and getting it removed.. Everyone, please advise

After my first surgery, it was obviously a Pinocchio nose and too much for my existing features. I even looked into early removal, but missed the golden window, stayed stressed, stopped attending gatherings, and endured until six months passed. I have appointments booked at [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. I originally had [Clinic C] as my top choice, but after seeing a bad review, I decided not to consult there. I am also going to [Clinic D], making three clinics in total. Experienced people, what questions should I prepare? My surgical materials were donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage without an implant, plus osteotomy and cartilage binding. My preference is complete removal, or leaving a step-support structure if the nose would collapse. The tip is still pointed, which is the biggest reason I want removal. I definitely want the cartilage binding undone and want the ear cartilage used to fill the step removed too. But my natural nose is slightly upturned, so would complete removal make it too upturned? And how is lowering the columella done? I prioritize complete removal, but if that isn't possible, I won't go anywhere that suggests inserting Megaderm or Alloderm. I don't want anything else added. Please advise what I should ask at the consultations. P.S. I paid an absurd amount to the chief doctor, and I don't even know what I'm doing, but I am strongly discouraging everyone around me from getting nose surgery.
