The staff were kinder than I expected, and the director was so nice.. He told me to ask all my questions, waited patiently, was kind, and spent a long time on the consultation.. The director’s consultation was really good, but …. The consultant was not good, so I just left. She looked at the photos taken with the iPad and judged my face, which felt unpleasant;; If only the consultant had been someone else, I probably would have put down a deposit?
