The staff were friendlier than I expected, and the director was really nice.. They told me to ask all my questions, waited patiently, were kind, and gave me a long consultation.. The consultation with the director was really good, but .... The consultant was not great, so I just left. They looked at the photo taken on an iPad and evaluated my face, which felt unpleasant;; If only the consultant had been someone else, I think I would have put down a deposit?
