Visited for revision surgery. There were a huge number of people, but most were follow-up patients. The director looked quite tired. The consultation did not feel particularly professional. Rather than explaining how they would create the result, it felt more like “trust me and follow along,” but hmm.. since it’s revision surgery, trusting and following along is..
