Even if the inflammation is only on the nasal bridge, is complete removal always recommended????? Is removing only the silicone discouraged??? I went to several consultations and got a fifty-fifty impression.. complete removal for inflammation versus removing only the silicone and reinforcing the step. Part of me wants to live without inflammation, but I’m scared my nose will become too low.. Please share your opinions
