Can inflammation occur even if only septal cartilage is used at the tip of the nose??? We use our own tissue, such as autologous costal cartilage, to minimize inflammation and complications. Septal cartilage is also my own tissue… can it still become inflamed??? Does inflammation usually occur only with implants such as silicone.. I don’t know much and need everyone’s advice..
