The director was very cynical. When I said I wanted to do this and that, they immediately cut me off, saying, "If you do it this way, I don't think it will be necessary." I had consultations at several places, and this was the only one that recommended a different line. The consultant was kind and consulted with me while showing case examples. The director seems to have a very clear personal aesthetic preference. The quoted cost is not exact, but it is the price for incision + fat removal.
