The director is very cynical. When I said I wanted to do this and that, he immediately cut me off, saying it probably wouldn't be necessary if done like that. I consulted at several places, and this was the only one that recommended a different line. The consultant was kind and explained things while showing me examples. The director seems to have a very clear ideal in mind. I'm not sure the estimate was exact, but it was the price for incisional surgery + fat removal.
