I visited before because I wanted to get double eyelid surgery. It was my first time ever going to a plastic surgery clinic. But as soon as I walked in, someone who looked like the manager? was arguing with someone on the phone. When I came in, they went into the consultation room to continue the call, but from what I overheard, it seemed like they were talking to a patient on the phone. After that, I waited a bit and went in for the consultation, and that manager came in and consulted me. It was just okay, not super kind but not unfriendly either. For the director’s consultation, the director looked tired, but answered everything I asked. They also worked hard to shape the line, and told me clearly what couldn’t be done. The phone argument with a patient when I first walked in bothered me, so I didn’t have surgery here.
