I had revision rhinoplasty about 3–4 years ago. They understood my needs well for wanting a natural result, so I proceeded with surgery. Because of scar tissue, I couldn’t breathe, and they raised the nasal bridge too high, so my nostrils lifted and it became an upturned nose. They just kept giving me very kind evasive opinions, saying that some people’s noses come down after a year and that I should keep waiting.. They said the scar tissue would easily go away with steroid injections, but after getting them many times and going through all that suffering, it stayed the same, so I gave up. Rather than continuing to receive mental stress, giving up felt easier.
