I liked that they pointed out exactly what the problems were. Beyond the questions I asked, the director kindly explained everything well, so I trusted them. The consultation wasn’t just saying thoughtlessly and vaguely that the surgery would go well; they carefully checked the direction for what method should be used and how it should be solved to improve things more. There is a bit of a wait at the hospital. I’m ultimately satisfied with the surgery too, but I plan to have a few follow-up checks.
