The director was extremely kind. They told me to use silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, and I think my trust went up a bit because they took a CT scan first. It looked like there were a lot of people. There was a bit of a wait, so the consultation proceeded without a consultation fee. They seemed to pursue a natural look, and when I said I wanted to use costal cartilage for my first surgery, they said such cases are not very common and said they use silicone a lot. The consultant was also extremely kind.
