After <current alae of the nose (the red line marks the preoperative alae)> I was scared of contracture as a side effect, so I had absolutely no desire to touch the nasal bridge or nasal tip. But when looking from the side.. the drooping nasal alae covered the columella and made it look stuffy, and that bothered me so much So around February? March? last year, I only had an alar lift. I emphasized naturalness no matter what and wanted a conservative approach, and the director reflected my opinion very well! I probably had them lifted by about 2-3 mm haha. The front view hasn’t changed much (obviously), and I like that the side view improved!! The director gave kind consultations and was really the best.. The consultant was seriously not good~
