I went in for a consultation because I heard they give firm and good consultations when people are looking into a first rhinoplasty. It was early in my consultation journey, so I was not sure what to focus on, but the director told me about changes in the nostrils that other clinics had not pointed out. The rhinoplasty was not as simple as I had thought it would be. He said that if it were done, the downsides would clearly outweigh the benefits. It is fine as it is now, so do not touch it... Thanks to the director, I started thinking about the surgery itself again. He was kind and clearly pointed out that if something cannot be done, it cannot be done, so I recommend going for a consultation.
