For my before/after surgery, I had implant-free rhinoplasty using ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and postauricular fascia? For the hump, they only refined it. It has now been 1 month since surgery, and the bridge of my nose has become smoother. Since the nasal tip is more defined now, I think it also has the effect of making my nose look higher. I had a hump nose, and the tip was droopy too, so it looked like Squidward’s nose from SpongeBob, which stressed me out a lot. It has only been 1 month, but so far, I think this is a surgery I’m very satisfied with. Before getting nose surgery, I had a lot of concerns, but I still wanted my nose to change a bit, so I wanted to shape it somewhat safely? somewhere between natural and naturally glamorous. Even while doing it without an implant, I wondered if my requests were a bit too much, but the shape came out the way I wanted, so I’m really happy
