As stated in the title, I’m from Busan and had my first surgery several years ago in Seomyeon. I had silicone and ear cartilage placed. Seven days after the first surgery, blood pooled. After that first symptom, the operating room was opened every week; I had three cleanings in total, open and closed, took antibiotics for a month, and visited the hospital every day. I entered the operating room four times. Several years later, the silicone protruded from the inner side next to my nose, so it was removed through a closed procedure.
➡️ Current condition and problem: My nose is short and upturned. From the side, it looks as if someone swept upward and pressed my nose with their palm... My columella is retracted. It was not prominent originally either, and I had a slightly upturned, bulbous nose, but nothing was improved..^^
➡️ Question 1. I want revision surgery without an implant before getting married next May. What would you do if you were me? I’m very worried about how my side profile will look in photos taken from every direction at the wedding T_T
2. I have no information about plastic surgery or clinics. I want to do it in Seoul, but I know absolutely nothing… Whether in Busan or Seoul, I desperately want a clinic that is good at contracture noses, revision rhinoplasty, implant-free surgery, and shaping the nasal tip. Please recommend one… I’m begging you… Names of doctors too… Recommendations are welcome, or even tell me about blacklisted clinics
3. Is it really true that in Seoul you have to wait several months just for a consultation, and that the earliest surgery date is a year later…? Everyone in Seoul, please tell me…
