Nose Re-Surgery

Deliberating over rhinoplasty

It’s a nose I injured a long time ago, and the left side is slightly crooked. It doesn’t affect my daily life, and only one or two close people notice when they look carefully, especially when there is backlighting and shading; most people don’t notice. But whenever I look in the mirror, it bothers me, so I’ve kept deliberating over nose surgery. As I get older, perhaps because my facial skin is sagging, I keep noticing it more than before. Is it impossible to have one nose surgery and be done with it for life? I thought it would be simple, but it wasn’t. I waited a year for an appointment with Professor Jang Yong-ju at Asan Medical Center, but the consultation nurse said it would require autologous costal cartilage. It was a major surgery On top of that, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis I uploaded photos. Please don’t just pass by and give me some advice Should I live with it as it is, or are there alternatives such as fillers or other procedures? T_T Does the crookedness show a lot in the photos? Please take a look. Should I just live with it as it is?
