I had mine done using only septal cartilage, but after the swelling went down, the cartilage started showing through. Besides that, it’s very uncomfortable when washing my face or touching my face, so I’m thinking of having it removed when I have time. Which would be better: complete removal or leaving the support in place? I have absolutely no intention of reopening my nose after removal, so I want complete removal so I won’t have to worry about it anymore, but I’m also worried it might collapse too much. Maybe I should leave the support in… I really don’t know. What does everyone think?
