Autologous rib rhinoplasty with no anesthesiologist, what do you think?

I like everything about the clinics I visited, but since I’m scheduled for autologous rib rhinoplasty, I asked about anesthesia. They said there’s no separate anesthesiologist, and the director handles everything from start to finish, and that even autologous rib procedures are done without general anesthesia, only under sedation.

Since harvesting autologous rib cartilage seems like a pretty major thing, I feel like there should be an anesthesiologist, but the consultant said it’s fine without one because it’s sedation. It should be okay, right?
