For quick development, I will write mainly about the results in this review of XX Plastic Surgery located near Apgujeong Station. On December 17, 2023, I underwent bulbous nose surgery together at XX Plastic Surgery.
Before the surgery, I received sufficient explanations about the surgical method over five sessions with the counseling manager and the director before proceeding with surgery, but as shown in the photo, my bulbous nose was not improved at all, and now side effects have occurred, with the nasal tip swollen and blood vessels visible.
So I raised an objection to the hospital, and contrary to what they had said during the preoperative consultation, that if there was an objective abnormality except in cases caused by the patient’s fault, they would perform revision surgery free of charge, they demanded a revision surgery fee of nearly 2.5 million won under the name of anesthesia fees. When the director saw my red nose, he said, "A nose with this level of surgical result is not a major side effect," and far from worrying about my nose, which currently has side effects, he mocked me...
Afterward, through consultations, I continuously conveyed my dissatisfaction with the first surgery, and at the same time questioned the revision surgery method that had changed from what was discussed before and after the surgery. Only after several days did the manager contact me saying they would not charge for the revision surgery and would perform the revision surgery again;; Everyone, if a hospital tried to charge revision surgery fees under the name of anesthesia fees, and after you objected, said they would not take the revision fee so come in and they would perform the revision surgery, would you do it?
So I continuously raised objections to XX Plastic Surgery for the failure of cosmetic improvement of my bulbous nose and nasal tip correction, and after I left several reviews about my direct experience on plastic surgery-related apps including Naver Yeowooya, what came back was the certified letter from the hospital below.
Lastly, don’t write reviews at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months after surgery under the hospital’s offer of a surgery fee discount;; Even if you don’t write them, the hospital has no right to take any action against the patient... If you write them for no reason, like me, you may not even be able to object when you are dissatisfied.. You already wrote everything saying you were satisfied at 2 weeks and 1 month. They say that gets used as promotional material and you can’t even argue;; I’ll give the hospital information in the comments. It’s a hospital too good to keep to myself
This is a surgical review for a procedure pursuing a glamorous look.
