Nose Re-Surgery

Nasal implant removal (silicone + ear cartilage), 1 week

Hello. I'm writing this post with gratitude, hoping to repay the help I received!

0. Nose condition before removal - 2 mm L-shaped silicone on the nasal bridge / ear cartilage at the nasal tip (2012) - The nasal tip had more support than my original nose (I was told there was a lot of scar tissue) - Even considering that my original nasal bridge had been shaved down and silicone had been inserted, it did not look artificially avatar-like or flat. Rather, it looked natural (2021) - It would be best to get a consultation, but from what I felt, for people who had around 2 mm, I think it may feel more natural rather than feeling like the nose suddenly became lower. I think I am that kind of case.

1. Surgical method - Closed approach / removal of ear cartilage and silicone / using the capsule to refine the nasal bridge / refining the alar cartilage - (Not done) Since there was a step on the nasal bridge, bone trimming if necessary

2. After surgery - (Did not really sleep sitting up or do cold compresses diligently) About 4 full days of surgical swelling; bruising was not severe from the beginning

3. Hospital considerations - The hospital where I had my previous surgery was on a shadow doctor blacklist, and I disliked inaccurate notices or guidance, so I chose a privately run clinic - Consultation, guidance, surgical method, and prediction of progress (for example, there was a bulge between my brows, and the doctor said it would go down within a few days, but occasionally it does not, and in that case I should come back around 10 days later; also that many people do not come back for stitches or anything, but if the threads do not dissolve or are uncomfortable, I should visit, etc.) did not really create anything for the patient to worry about, and personally I only feel grateful - The price was about one month's salary
