Among all the places where I went for consultations, this was the only director who recommended the subfascial plane, so I agonized a looot until the end.. The director said that if their own family were getting the surgery, they would have them do it subfascially, and explained the advantages of the subfascial plane, so I almost switched. But while looking into it, I heard that if I lose weight or breastfeed and the upper breast becomes hollow, the implant could become visible.. So I decided to just go with the dual-plane approach with the director I had already booked.
