I had implant-free hump nose surgery using septal cartilage. It was done under sedation without osteotomy, and I’m on day 4. The swelling has moved down toward the lower cheeks, so I look like a squirrel holding food in its mouth. The splint hasn’t been removed yet, so I’m really curious about the shape. I had the cotton packing removed on day 2, and breathing is comfortable.
