Out of all the clinics I consulted, this was the only director who recommended subfascial placement, so I worried a lot until the final decision.. The director said that if their own family were having surgery, they would choose subfascial placement, and explained the advantages of that approach, so I was almost ready to switch. But after looking into it, I heard that if you lose weight or after breastfeeding and the upper chest hollows out, the implant can become visible.. so I decided to go with the dual plane method with the director I had already booked.
