Before Before After After After It has already been 3 months since I had two-jaw surgery + 3-type facial contouring surgery. I had surgery at Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery on June 3^^ The time that felt like it would never pass did pass after all^^ I had surgery because of facial asymmetry and pain that had stressed me out since I was young. haha In the meantime, I even had braces put on all the way to the molar areas that had not been touching, and I feel like I am living like a person now haha Compared with other people, my swelling seems to be going down slowly. Still, I do think there is definitely a clear difference from before. People around me have also said my face seems a bit smaller. Even to me, the jaw area looks different. Now I have no worries at all about sleeping. I am also eating various things well, within limits that are not too much. I am just being very careful because I worry a lot~~ However, I did not know orthodontic treatment would be this hard. I genuinely respected my acquaintances who had braces before. When eating out, food getting stuck between the braces is uncomfortable, and I still do not know what to do about it hahaha I will probably get used to this too. From the day of orthodontic treatment, my teeth hurt for about 3 days to the point that I could not chew anything. So I ate mostly soft foods again, like when I had surgery. Then I gradually increased the firmness~ Other than my mouth not opening very well, I do not think I have any other discomfort. I am continuing warm compresses and exercises for this too!!! Right now, just having my upper and lower teeth in the correct positions and not having pain or clicking sounds in my jaw when I talk makes me so happy. Thinking about how I will keep improving makes me even happier~~ I am so grateful to the director and the hospital staff ><
