When I was in middle school, my upper teeth were crooked, so I had orthodontic treatment at a really famous dental hospital in Seoul. At the time, the doctor suggested doing my lower teeth together too, but in my own judgment, I thought my lower teeth weren’t that crooked, so I only corrected my upper teeth. After becoming an adult, the alignment between my lower and upper teeth did not match, so my lower teeth shifted to the right. To fix this, I started orthodontic treatment on both the upper and lower teeth at the same time, and now it has been two years and one month since I had the braces removed. When you get orthodontic treatment, please make sure to do both upper and lower teeth together. And the orthodontic process is really hard.. tightening every month, food getting stuck.. But once they’re removed, it’s heaven.
