That part felt burdensome, and after the director’s consultation, during the consultation with the manager, they strongly recommended paranasal augmentation as essential. I said I didn’t want paranasal augmentation and asked if I couldn’t just have rhinoplasty, and they said it couldn’t be done that way.. They had this strange stubborn attitude that I had to absolutely match their surgical direction, and that people who don’t should not have surgery at their hospital, so I passed.
