This was swelling too hahaha I thought my nose had gone up and the skin had lifted with it, but that wasn’t it. It’s returning to my original philtrum, I’m so relieved. I already didn’t have much swelling, so after splint removal I wondered what would change from here, but my face really keeps changing. It’s so fascinating. But now I hope it stops changing. Stop here hahaha The dryness in my nose is getting veeeeery slightly better. It’s not getting noticeably better every single day like during week 1 after surgery. When will the runny nose stop
