I have finished all my consultations, and I am deliberating over where to have surgery between [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. From the reviews, almost everyone said their surgery at [Clinic A] went well, and since many reviews had been posted in this community, I went to the consultation already thinking I should have surgery there. They immediately identified why the shape of my current nose was strange and explained it. (I consulted six clinics in total: three said the shape was strange, and three said it was fine.) When I said I also felt a foreign-body sensation, they said they recommend complete removal in such cases! I liked that [Clinic A] accurately identified what I disliked about my current nose. [Clinic B] clearly explained why my current nose did not suit my facial proportions, and, after looking at photos of my original nose and my surgical records, explained what kind of surgery I might have had. I could not ask everything during the first consultation, so I went back for another one, and they answered kindly then too. The director said that if I prioritized shape, using the septum to bring the columella out a little could look pretty, but I dislike a hard nose, and they said it would not become retracted even after complete removal, so I decided on complete removal! I have currently paid a deposit at [Clinic B], but I am worried that there are no review photos. (I understand why there are none, but as someone choosing a clinic, I want to know what things look like after surgery) The reviews are half negative and half positive, so I am deliberating. I felt certain when consulting at [Clinic B], but I keep coming back to this community and reading reviews, which makes me waver. [Clinic A] says repeat consultations are only available from December now. Should I just trust [Clinic B] and have surgery there? I saw reviews saying [Clinic B] can create a pretty shape even after complete nasal implant removal, while [Clinic A] completely removes everything and returns the nose to its original state. But I also saw people say [Clinic A] made their nose prettier than its original state…… Anyway, the surgery date is coming up soon and I keep deliberating. If anyone has had surgery at [Clinic B] or [Clinic A], I would really appreciate it if you left a comment..

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo3d What do you think about complete removal through a closed approach????
Because of inflammation, I am going around the so-called “three major clinics” for complete removal, though I do not know who decided that, and visiting other places too. Usually they said the surgery would require an open approach, but…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo3d Posting an update on my nose because I was bored
If you used to have a natural hump and drooping nose, do not worry too much. 1,2: removal nose; 3: natural nose. A little over 7 weeks after complete removal (septal extension, ear cartilage, no implant). I plan to delete this post. The…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo3d Nasal implant removal
My original nose had a somewhat prominent bridge and a drooping, hump-shaped tip. I was self-conscious about how unattractive it looked from the side, so I had surgery as soon as I turned 20. I was young and did not research much, and had…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo3d I ended up with a witch’s nose after surgery
I ended up with a witch’s nose after surgery. My original nose was small and slightly? upturned? I think the attempt to correct that by taking more out and using septal cartilage ended badly. When I do nothing, it is more or less okay, but
