The consultation was really kind, so I had surgery here. After the surgery, when I saw that not much had changed, I realized that I was not a case for double-jaw surgery. What I wanted was a change in facial length, but honestly the facial length did not change, and what changed was that my protruding lower jaw went in slightly. Originally, I had no dissatisfaction with my nose, but after surgery my nose became really much wider, and it spreads even more when I exercise, so now I have to get nose surgery that I had not even been thinking about. I had non-orthodontic double-jaw surgery, but my teeth became misaligned and pointed, and I developed tooth deformity. I also cannot chew properly
