The clinic wasn't as big as other large clinics. It had a neat, tidy feeling? The staff were friendly without being excessive, so it didn't feel burdensome~ The director also listened carefully to what the patient said, and since I'm the type who worries a bit... haha, a lot, I rambled on about lots of pointless things and complained about small worries, but they listened well hahaha, saying that it was understandable~ Maybe because the director is an otolaryngology specialist, they seemed very professional about the nose, and they showed me the post-surgery appearance using Photoshop. I liked it, so I booked the surgery after the consultation haha~~
