The consultation was really kind, so I had surgery here. After surgery, when I saw that not much had changed, I realized I wasn’t a good case for double-jaw surgery. What I wanted was a shorter face length, but honestly the face length didn’t change at all, and only the slightly underbite-like chin changed. I originally had no complaints about my nose, but after surgery my nose spread out a lot, and when I exercise it spreads even more, so now I need nose surgery that I never thought about. I had a double-jaw surgery without correction, but my teeth shifted, got pointy, and I ended up with dental deformation. Even chewing is difficult.
