Even though I made a reservation and went, I waited an hour. Patients' time is precious too, and since it was my first time waiting this long somewhere, I was angry before it even started. The consulting managers were so unfriendly. It was also strange that I did not consult with the same manager before and after the consultation, and the first person cut me off while I was talking and brushed things off roughly; but the director was extremely nice and gave me a long consultation, so that was good. I want to trust them and go ahead because it seems like the director would do a good job, but the manager is important too, so it is disappointing.
