I had a reservation and still waited an hour. A patient's time is valuable too, so this was the first place I had ever waited that long at, and I was already angry before things even started. The consultation managers were extremely unfriendly. It was also odd that I did not consult with the same manager before and after. The first person kept cutting me off while I was speaking and just brushed me off; but the director was extremely thorough and spent a long time with me, which I appreciated. I want to trust them and go ahead because the director seems good, but the manager also matters, so I am disappointed.
