First of all, it was a clinic I went to quite a while ago, so I don't remember which director and consultation manager I saw, but the director was reasonably kind. However, I strongly felt that they lacked confidence, and they only talked about the negative aspects. And the biggest problem was that the consultation manager was very unfriendly and felt extremely pushy.
