Visited for a revision rhinoplasty consultation The consultation order was CT, photos (unusually taken with a tablet) --> consultant --> director --> consultant. After waiting several months and seeing Director Seo Man-gun, it felt like seeing a celebrity lol. He was kind and seemed to prioritize safety as much as possible. At first, I needed nostril lowering and the nose needed to be lowered slightly, and he recommended ear cartilage. Extending the nasal length is also up to my own judgment, but if extending it from the current state, I would need costal cartilage. Since I dislike silicone, he recommended a method of shaving costal cartilage and placing it on top. I had already heard about it and knew, but the cost is enormous ㅠ Still, they do tests beforehand and an anesthesiologist is said to be on site, so it seems like they would do it professionally, which has me thinking..
