I visited for a revision rhinoplasty consultation. The consultation went in the order of CT, photos (unusually taken with a tablet) --> consultant --> director --> consultant. After waiting several months and seeing Director Seo Man-gun, it felt like seeing a celebrity ㅋㅋㅋ He was kind, and seemed to be as safety-oriented as possible. At first, he said the nostril rim needed to be lowered and the nose needed to be lowered a bit, and recommended ear cartilage. Extending the nose length is also up to my own preference, but if I extend it from the current length, costal cartilage would have to be used. Since I dislike silicone, he recommended the method of shaving costal cartilage and placing it on top.. I already knew because I had heard about it, but the cost is enormous ㅠ Still, because they do exams beforehand and have an anesthesiologist on site, it seems like they would do it professionally, so I’m thinking about it..
