I visited for a revision rhinoplasty consultation. The consultation went in the order of CT, photos (unusually taken with a tablet) --> consultant --> director --> consultant. After waiting several months and seeing Director Seo Man-gun, it felt like seeing a celebrity He was kind, and seemed to be as safety-oriented as possible. At first, he said the nostril rim needed to be lowered and the nose needed to be lowered a bit, and recommended ear cartilage. Extending the nose length is also up to my own preference, but if I extend it from the current length, costal cartilage would have to be used. Since I dislike silicone, he recommended the method of shaving costal cartilage and placing it on top.. I already knew because I had heard about it, but the cost is enormous Still, because they do exams beforehand and have an anesthesiologist on site, it seems like they would do it professionally, so I’m thinking about it..
