The doctor and staff were all kind and nice, but I felt that the discussion about the surgery was somewhat lacking in professionalism. I know the director has a good career history and that it is a hospital many people visit for rhinoplasty, but rather than discussing the nose shape I wanted or giving overall explanations, it felt vague, like “I’ll take care of it well” and “everything is possible,” so that part was disappointing.
