Please take a look at the shape after surgery for my bulbous nose and deviated nose..!! It’s almost been 3 weeks since surgery, and I’m worried because from the front it still seems to have a strong bulbous-nose feel For the surgery, I had bulbous nose correction, deviated nose correction, donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and columella lowering, and I did it without an implant, with no silicone in the nasal bridge! Before surgery, I pursued an extremely, extremely natural look, but lately I keep wondering if I made it too natural, and I’m even thinking about revision surgery..
My right and left sides of the face used to look so different because of the deviated nose, which stressed me out, but the correction went well, so now I’m pretty satisfied with my nose from the side! I’m worried about the front view; will it get a bit better if more swelling goes down?! It hasn’t even been a month yet, so there’s still a lot of swelling, and I think the swelling on both sides is different too
For reference, I also have severe rhinitis, so I had functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty done at the same time haha They said the inside of my nose is still very swollen, so breathing probably wouldn’t be completely comfortable yet, but I can feel that I’m breathing much better than before! Functionally, I’m very satisfied haha
