The doctor and the staff were all kind and nice, but I felt the talk about the surgery lacked some professionalism. I know the director has good experience and this is a hospital many people visit for nose surgery, but rather than talking about the nose shape I wanted or giving a full explanation, it felt vague, like they were just saying they would do it well and that anything was possible. That part was disappointing.
