My rhinitis was getting worse because of my crooked nose, so I prioritized functional improvement and looked for a clinic where an otolaryngology specialist operates. I learned that the cause was a previously fractured and crooked nose, and the consultation was kind. After surgery, it continued to look crooked due to swelling, and they said they would perform revision surgery after the swelling went down, but by then it was not bad enough to need revision, so I have just been living with it. I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so I did not have silicone inserted; they straightened the crooked part, and because the tip had collapsed, they only raised the tip. It is not an extremely beautiful nose, but it looks as natural as expected! However, the tip is still extremely hard (I used ear cartilage).
