One week after surgery! Since this was a nose revision, I prepared myself for a lot of swelling, but it actually seems even less swollen than after my first surgery. When I had my first rhinoplasty at another hospital, they said my nose was small to begin with, so it couldn’t be made very glamorous, and we kept it natural. I felt a little unsatisfied and wanted more projection from the columella for a more three-dimensional profile, so I had a revision.
The doctor pointed out the facts one by one while explaining the CT images, including how high it could be raised at most and the clear pros and cons of each material. I liked the doctor even more because of the honesty. I was a little afraid of using autologous costal cartilage, but it didn’t cause any major problems, and I think I made the right choice having this revision at [Clinic D]^^
