Eye Re-Surgery

Dark circle tips!! I hope this helps with visible blood vessels or pigmentation...

Hi everyone~~

I got so much help from a community about facial contouring, nose surgery, and breast-related things, so I thought I might be able to help too and decided to write this post! It’s a really basic and common? kind of care method, but as someone who has kept managing it for almost a year, I think it’s a pretty good method and it has worked, so I wanted to share!!

I’ve had really severe dark circles since I was young.. So last year, after I got collagen injections in my cheeks at the place I was going to, I noticed a lot of change, so I once went back to the same place to get collagen injected in the areas where my dark circles were severe too. But they said my dark circles were more of a problem with pigmentation and visible blood vessels than under-eye hollowing, and I was told that things like collagen boosters or under-eye filler would not help much and they couldn’t guarantee the effect either.

There is also a way to cover them with concealer, but this is really hard.. It takes longer than expected too, and if you do it wrong, you can look worse than if you hadn’t done anything.. I watched videos and tried so many times, but I can count on one hand the number of times I succeeded.. And I heard the skin under the eyes is the thinnest and most sensitive, so using color cosmetics long-term can actually worsen pigmentation

So I’ll share the things I’ve done so far, including what was good, what you shouldn’t do, the process, and tips!!

❤️Basic habits for dark circle care❤️

1. While cleansing thoroughly with cleansing oil and foam cleanser, lightly massage under the eyes little by little (about the level of pressing gently) -> You need to remove makeup thoroughly with the cleansing products you normally use! Finish cleansing within 2-3 minutes, and it’s good to press gently around the eyes!

2. Omega-3 + magnesium + vitamin B ⭐ -> These help a lot with blood circulation, and I heard they help loosen up the blood that pools under the eyes and makes them look dark, so I also try to get a lot of them through food!

3. After cleansing, use a dark circle recovery cream + collagen eye patches as basic skincare -> After cleansing, definitely!!! apply dark circle recovery cream twice, morning and evening, and use collagen eye patches consistently before bed!

4. Exercise about 20-30 minutes a day..! -> I’ll confess honestly about this one.. I couldn’t do it every day, but I still did it at least about 3 times a week, and now I’m looking into Pilates

5. Drink water often and avoid spicy, salty, irritating foods! ⭐ -> I love Buldak and mala tang so much, seriously.. It was hard to hold back, but after holding back for about a month, at some point it became okay.. Try adjusting just a little with the mindset that you’re dieting ^^

Up to here are generally well-known? dark circle management methods, but honestly, you probably wouldn’t feel any improvement from just this.. So I’ll also tell you what I additionally did!

❤️Small tips❤️

1. Regeneration cream This isn’t essential, but if your under-eyes are dry or you have rhinitis like me, it’s good to apply it! A thick texture like Vaseline is more effective for under-eye care and absorbs better too, so if possible, look for a thick regeneration cream and apply a little at a time!

2. Phone before bed ❌ -> This was the hardest to fix.. They say when you look at your phone with your eyes angled downward, under-eye wrinkles can form and the under-eye area can also turn dark in that process. You might think you have to live too perfectly, but let’s try just a little!!

3. Domina Cream + dark circle recovery cream ⭐ -> This is the most important thing. If you have pigmentation-type dark circles, don’t buy other whitening creams or eye creams, just buy these. You can buy Domina Cream at a pharmacy, and the dark circle recovery cream will come up if you search online

You see the ones I marked with stars, right? Personally, I think those were really effective You probably won’t see much change in just one or two months. It can become a battle of patience with yourself, but if you hold out a little and just keep doing it consistently, it will definitely get better!!! Seriously, because of my dark circles, I searched like crazy, spent so much money, and tried pretty much everything, so really, trust me and just keep doing it consistently!!!!

Even the consultation manager at the dermatology clinic I used to go to was surprised later and said it barely shows now, and that I was amazing haha I’m proud of myself too..

I still need to keep managing mine more too, but I wanted to share because I think everyone working hard and going through a lot to take care of themselves looks so cool, and I hope we can all get prettier and do well! haha Still, you need to invest at least 2-3 months or more, but when searching doesn’t give you an answer, I hope my post helps everyone! For pigmentation or visible blood vessels like mine, they say under-eye fat repositioning won’t work either

Thank you for reading this long post! Let’s get prettier, everyone. Fighting❤️
