Is this normal? It’s been 8 days since the surgery, so is it still swelling.. This is a revision surgery. During my first surgery, I had under-eye fat repositioning + fat grafting, but I think they didn’t really do the under-eye fat repositioning properly and only did the fat grafting. All the grafted fat clumped up.. So I don’t really know what symptoms are normal during recovery after under-eye fat repositioning But the tear trough area feels really hard.. I’m worried about this too. The under-eye area itself turned out very flat and well One eye was done wrong during the first surgery, so when I smile, the fat still bulges out a bit, but..
