I'm planning to have revision double-eyelid surgery, and I like both the double-eyelid line and the doctor!! But they don't have CCTV or an anesthesiologist, though since it's done under local anesthesia, would it be okay?? It seems really hard to find a place that satisfies everything.. I'm worried
