Orthodontic treatment I started around the time I graduated from high school I started late because of malocclusion. When I first had the consultation, I thought the side effects I heard about were just other people's stories,, But now, about 2 years later, I'm experiencing those side effects myself, so I regret it so much. My gums are weak, and I can see gum recession on both my lower and upper teeth. I can't put strength into my front teeth, so they're hard to use. Of course, I can see with my own eyes that my teeth are becoming straighter, but compared to what I gained, it feels like I lost a lot,, so I regret it My malocclusion wasn't so severe that it made daily life difficult, so if it isn't very uncomfortable in your life, I hope you look carefully into the side effects of orthodontic treatment before deciding.
