They were kind and everything was good, but my deviated septum isn’t severe and I don’t have any functional discomfort, so I was a little puzzled that they recommended functional rhinoplasty.. Also, I liked that they didn’t pressure me into 3D silicone! But because the amount of septal cartilage is small, they recommended rib cartilage
