They were kind and everything was good, but my septum was not severely crooked and I had no functional discomfort, so I was a bit puzzled that they recommended functional rhinoplasty.. And I was glad they did not force 3D silicone! But since I had little septal cartilage, they recommended using autologous cartilage.
