They said the asymmetry won’t improve, and said they’re different from other doctors who do septal extension using a columellar strut / cartilage repositioning, but I’m still a bit unsure Other places took a CT and said the amount of septal cartilage is small, so I absolutely have to use rib cartilage, but here they said septal cartilage and ear cartilage are enough.. Since every doctor says something different, I’m conflicted
