The surgery seemed very simple, and recovery was fast, so I thought it wouldn’t greatly interfere with daily life.
Since I’d usually been concerned about drooping eyes and thought it might be good to reshape my nose as well, I additionally looked into eye and nose revision surgery, and because I wanted an overall cleaner and more refined image, I ended up having surgery overall at DA.
It’s now been a little over 3 weeks since surgery, and I can use public transportation comfortably, and a lot of the major swelling has gone down, so I’m living comfortably without disruption to daily life. At 3 weeks, I visited a hair salon for the first time and was even able to get a haircut while being careful around the incision sites. It feels like the lifting effect is appearing day by day, so I’m satisfied with my facial line!
To talk about my recovery process so far, from the day of surgery to day 3, it was a little uncomfortable. There was cotton packed in my nose, so breathing felt stuffy, and I had tightness in my eyes and face, but when I visited the clinic on day 4, had the cotton removed, and got disinfected, it felt so refreshing!
After 1 week, the nasal splint and stitches were removed, which was so comfortable, and when I checked my operated nose line for the first time, I was so satisfied that I was surprised I also saw the three doctors who performed my eye, nose, and vertical mini lifting surgeries, and they were all so kind. I was grateful that they also took good care of my postoperative management~
From now on, I’m looking forward to recovering well and seeing what I’ll look like when the swelling goes down more than now.^^
